Access the Voicemail System

• Use the Voice Mail key function
• Press the * key immediately after the voicemail system answers
• Enter your mailbox number
• Enter your passcode followed by the # key
• Press 4 for personal options

Personal Options

• Press 1 to record your personal greeting (This is your voicemail greeting)
• Press 2 to record your name (This is what is spoken when somebody is using the dial by name directory)

For options 1 (record your personal greeting) and 2 (record your name) above, you can do the following:

• Press 1 to listen to your recorded personal greeting or name
• Press 2 to re-record your personal greeting or name, then use the following options:
• Press 1 to listen to your re-recorded personal greeting or name
• Press 2 to record your personal greeting or name again
• Press 3 to save the last recording
